Introducing... Lysander Immanuel

This was my first public post through my Instagram ( www.instagram.com/seebexknit ) about our precious baby number four, Lysander Immanuel.  I’ve been trying to share about Baby No. 4 for over a month since we learned during a routine ultrasound at 22 weeks gestation that he has many congenital birth defects including a missing limb, conjoined kidneys, ambiguous genitalia, edema, and a congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Another ultrasound with a Maternal Fetal Specialist further confirmed these findings, and at that time the prognosis was Lysander would mostly likely not survive a full pregnancy or long after an early birth. 💔  How do I carry a supposedly dying baby? How we tell our three older kids their little brother is possibly going to die? For a month we grieved and hurt and of course life went on.
